We’d like to give a big shout-out to our 2024 CCYP Board President, Patrick Ehart! Patrick has been a dedicated member of CCYP’s Board of Directors for 4 years, most recently serving as Board Treasurer. Patrick serves on CCYP’s Finance Committee, Development Committee, and Leadership & Professional Advancement Committee. Patrick owns and operates Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service, Inc. He began working for the family business in 2011 and transitioned into his current role a couple of years ago. He is the third generation involved in the family business. Patrick grew up on Cape Cod and resides with his wife in Osterville. He is a graduate of Babson College and was a 2023 recipient of a 40 Under 40 award from Cape & Plymouth Business Media. We are currently welcoming applications for the 2023 cohort of CCYP's Cape Women's Leadership Initiative! This leadership development program provides an opportunity for the Cape’s up-and-coming women leaders to gain core leadership skills for professional growth and advancement in a highly interactive and collaborative setting, engage with and learn from the experiences of exceptional Cape women leaders, and build a Cape-wide network of peers and mentors. In addition to virtual and in-person participatory workshops led by expert professional facilitators, participants will learn key strategies for success from Cape Cod women business, nonprofit, higher education, government, and community leaders through small group mentoring luncheons/dinners and interactive advanced leadership skill-building & mentoring programs.
