Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We are gearing up for our upcoming Dave Birtwell Walk for Alzheimer's at Scusset Beach Reservation in Sandwich, and AFSC Outreach Coordinator Jamie Crowell will be at the mall every Thursday morning to answer questions and sign you up to help support free services for individuals and families living with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related diseases in our community.
