Cape Cod Senior Residences Named Top Place to Wor

Senior Living Residences (SLR), professional management company for Cape Cod Senior Residences of Bourne, was recently recognized with two prestigious workplace awards. For the second year in a row, SLR was named one of Massachusetts’ Top Places to Work based on the annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. Cape Cod Senior Residences was also honored with certification as a Great Place to Work®.

Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work program recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best—their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. Nearly 76,000 individuals at 347 MA organizations were surveyed this past year, and SLR was ranked second in the largest employer category, the only senior living company to be recognized in the top 10.

Separately, Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner, Activated Insights, surveyed 100% of employees from Cape Cod Senior Residences as part of the Independent & Assisted Living community’s annual satisfaction survey. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do. Great Place to Work is known as the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.
