Meet the Alzheimer's Family Support Center Highfield Hall Saturday, April 27 2:30 - 4 pm

Whether you are a caregiver, a person living with memory loss, a friend, family member, or neighbor, the subject of cognitive change can be overwhelming and scary. The Alzheimer's Family Support invites you to join us at Highfield Hall on Saturday, April 27, to answer your questions about cognitive loss, talk about our free services, and discuss ways to help you live your best life in the face of cognitive change. The program is free and open to the community, and refreshments will be served.
